Stroll in the Park

Hellooooo, everyone. I am back with another OOTD, now I know what you're thinking "when is she gonna finally switch it up a bit?!" That will be soon, I'm thinking sometime next week which is soon. Today I went out to run some errands yet again and it was a little bit chilly with drizzle, therefore I wore my Native American inspired sweater I got at Kohls (finally had a chance to wear it) and my favorite and comfortable combat boots I got at Macy's. I still kept my summer vibes with a tank top blouse and frayed denim shorts. Well, that's basically it (: I hope you enjoyed my post and OOTD, please stay tuned for more!

Bohemian Chic

Hey everyone!(: I'm back, I'm so sorry that I haven't had a chance to post throughout the year. I had just started my sophomore year in high school with one honors and one AP class and it was extremely stressful and demanding; However, I will try to post more often, even through my Junior year in high school. Today, I went downtown and ran a few errands in my easy, breezy maxi skirt I got at Hollister and my flowy blouse I also got at Hollister. Let me tell you, if you live in Southern California you NEED all the easy, breezy, flowy clothes you can get because most of the time it is sunny. Do not get me wrong, I love the sun, but sometimes you want to be able to wear that leather jacket or Native American inspired sweater that has been collecting dust for a couple of months. I am excited to get back into the swing of things (meaning posting more often quite soon) and not only will I post OOTDs and Monthly Favorites, I will post my favorite stores, what's in my bag, trends according to the season, looks for less, and more. So, stay tuned for that!(: bye guys!

Grunge Inspired Outfit and Tips

This outfit is Grunge inspired. It might not be the 90s type of Grunge but the type of Grunge that is trending on fashion blogs so, i put my twist to it. I am going to help you achieve the Grunge look with some easy steps and tips. First step, NEVER COPY SOMEONE, it looks to obvious and bland, mix it up with you taste in clothes and accessories. Step two, Denim jackets ae a must. Most wear them baggy, but you can wear the type of Denim jacket you want, also add some pins, buttons, or patches to make it look like a one-of-a-kind. Step three, Dark jeans, distressed, high waisted, and even shorts that are high waisted with sheer tights undeneath are a must to have. Dont forget you can make them distressed, add patches and sew fabric for patch wok onto the pants. The shoes, sneakers, creepers, or combat boots are a must in the wardrobe of a Grunge peson. The one destroyed they look, the better. Motocycle jackets and tough looking accessories make the cut as well. Don't forget your favorite rock band t-shirt! You're good to go!!(: see ya next time!!     Pants- Urban Outfitters    Shirt- TJMaxx    Denim Jacket- H&M   Shoes- Converse

My Favorites for the month of August

Hello everyone!(: Happy Labor Day!!(: im currently at home in my PJs at 12:00pm and probably wont go anywhere but, thats ok. Im also watching Lifetime because they have like the best movies on any channel. FX is good too. Anyways, these are my monthly favorites for the month of August. i think ill try to do this every month if i have the time because of school, dance, piano, and homework , i am a busy girl. so, juggling blogging with all those things AND a social life is hard, but not impossible. The bag i got at Brandy Melville and i absolutely adore it. It has this boho-hippie vibe that i love and may i might add that fringe is in? The belt i got at Wasteland and i love that place, i think im going to go back there next week but, im not sure i hope so. The rings i wear like almost everyday i got at Brandy Melville, Forever 21, or Fashion Gal and im obessed with the little thin rings and not big bulky rings that take up three fingers. I also love mid-rings, whoever came up with that idea i applaud you. The brown suede sandals i got at Urban Outfitters and they're perfect for just slipping on and heading out to do whatever you have to do. The black leather, gladiator sandals i got at Free People online, my mother showed them to me and i fell in love instantly. I love Free People's clothing and accessories so of course im going to love the shoes. Of course i had to show Teen Vogue and Seventeen in my monthly favorites because i look at the magazine a lot to get inspiration for my outfits or to just be me and not care what people think. The flower crown i got at Windsor, i have another flower crown i got at Forever 21, it is bigger than this one so i dont know if i should wear it to school or not, maybe with the right outfit but, this one is small and convenient also it's super cute for this flower child (: the sunglasses i got at Billabong and i also  love that store, i wanted some circular glasses like these because they are super cute amnd when i found them i had to have them. My backpack is from Fashion Gal and its super cute and so far no one at my school has one like it (YES) as you guys can tell i love standing out and not being part of the norm, i like being seperate(: thank you for reading i know its a lot. i will try to post more, i might post something else later on in the evening so yeah, keeping checking back for that. What is some of your August favorites?? i would love to hear them.

shirt- Brandy Melville       Bralette- Brandy Melville    shorts- Target    belt- Wastleland    Shoes- Urban Outffiters       Rings- Brandy Melville, Forever 21       Purse- Brandy Melville           Can we just talk about the belt for a second? Last weekend i went to a store called Wasteland, its located in downtown Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Hollywood, etc. My mother showed it to me and i adore it! not only will girls at school NOT have this belt, its Vintage (i love vintage things) Also while i was down there i went to Brandy Melville, a every popular store with teenage girls like myself, i got A LOT of things (for back- to-school) and this tank which i believe is named, bianco, or so it says on the tag, i love it. i have one in black a totally recommend it. My style is mostly boho, though i love to try new styles, this school year im going for the hippie/boho look which sometime soon ill show you the key pieces for the boho style. Im talking about this because im bringing up the beautiful fringe bag. i have one from Steve Madden, but that one is a little cross-over kind of bag. this one is perfect if you need to carry more things, have a day at school were you dont have to carry a lot, or just to wear it! Im going to let you guys know what kind of accessories im really into right now, RINGS!!!! i love them especially the mid-rings because they are S'CUTE! if you dont know what they are they are basically ring that stop before it gets to your knuckle. how cool? So, if you have a super cute ring you had as a child, that doesnt fit all the way and stops before the knuckle, wear it! they're in (: thank you for reading and i hope you come back soon(: -Myah
